I MADE THIS CAKE SPECIALLY FOR MY DOTTER AMIRAH WHO CELEBRATED HER 12 BIRTHDAY. she requested a princess cake.disebabkan tak pernah buat kek bertingkat and deco a princess cake before, i have to enroll myself to a cake decorating class.it was a great experiance of a golden opportunity given to me by Kak Hani who conduct a cake decorating classes.I was really a zero in the morning but turn to a hero in the evening ...It was not that hard to do the deco when you know the technic and the most important things were to have right nozzel.
HAHAHA....PLEASE DON'T MIND THE PHOTO BACKGROUND..
ACTUALLY for the class kak hani guna vanilla sponge cake which was to light for a layered cake. So nak dijadikan cerita masa balik tu I put the cake box on the pax seat.seat tu kan a bit slanting ...jadi bila sampai rumah I tengok kek tu pun dah menyenget.Alhamdulillah tak rebah menyembam tuan puteri tu...
jadi kepada sesiapa yang berhajat nak hadiahkan kek ni untuk your little princess boleh la buat order..
